These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Riverstarz Music Entertainment’s website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms and entering into a legally binding contract with Riverstarz Music Entertainment (“Riverstarz Music”). It is important that you read carefully and understand the Terms. Do not access or use the Site if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms. Any references to “you” and “your” refer to you, as a user of the Site. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Riverstarz Music.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may modify the Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by making the revised version available on this webpage, and will indicate at the top of this page the date that revisions were last made. All material modifications will apply prospectively only. You should revisit these Terms on a regular basis as revised versions will be binding on you. Any such modification will be effective upon our posting of new Terms. You understand and agree that your continued access to or use of the Site after any posted modification to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the modification.

USING THE SITE

A. Permission to Use the Site: We grant you permission to use the Site subject to the restrictions in these Terms. We may terminate your permission to use the Site for any conduct that we consider to be inappropriate, or for your breach of these Terms, including the Restrictions listed in the Miscellaneous section. Your use of the Site is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.
B. Site Availability: The Site may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time, for any or no reason, without notice or liability to Riverstarz Music.


CONTENT

A. Responsibility for Your Content: You are solely accountable for the content in your messages. You agree to protect and absolve Riverstarz Music and our agents from any claims arising from your message transmission or posting. We retain the right to remove messages without specifying any reason.
B. Riverstarz Music’s Right to Use Your Content: By posting messages, uploading files, or engaging in any form of communication on this Site, you grant Riverstarz Music a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform, or display the communication. This license extends to third parties as well, allowing them to exercise these rights. Riverstarz Music can exploit any proprietary rights in such communication under relevant laws.
C. Ownership: All Site materials, including text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software, are owned or licensed to Riverstarz Music. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Site materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without Riverstarz Music's written consent. You can download materials for personal, non-commercial use, but must preserve all copyright and proprietary notices.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Riverstarz Music Entertainment Site and Services may only be used and accessed for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with your use of the Site and Services. This includes common law, relevant statutes, and the rules and regulations of applicable regulatory bodies. Additionally, you agree not to do any of the following while using or accessing the Site and Services:

  • Disable, hack, circumvent or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Company content or materials;
  • Use any metadata, meta tags, or other hidden text utilizing the Riverstarz Music Entertainment name, trademark, URL, or product name;
  • Upload, submit, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, so-called pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
  • Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any posting or in any way use the Site or Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
  • Upload, submit, post, email, or otherwise transmit, via the Site or Services, any Recordings or other materials that are, in the sole opinion of Company, unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, harassing, defamatory or hateful or that contain objects or symbols of hate, invade the privacy of any third party, contain nudity (including, without limitation, any pornography, erotica, child pornography or child erotica), are deceptive, threatening, abusive, inciting of unlawful action, defamatory, libelous, vulgar or violent or constitute hate speech or are otherwise objectionable;
  • Destroy, interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, any web pages available on the Site, servers or networks connected to the Site or the technical delivery systems of Company’s providers or break any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
  • Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
  • Attempt to scan, probe or test the vulnerability of any Company system or network or breach, impair or circumvent any security or authentication measures protecting and providing security for the Site or Services;
  • Attempt to decompile, disassemble, decipher or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Site or Services;
  • Attempt to search, meta-search or access the Site with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than software and/or search agents provided by Company or other generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari), including, without limitation, any software that sends queries to the Site to determine how a website or web page ranks;
  • Collect or store personal data about other users of the Site or Services without their express and explicit permission;
  • Misrepresent or impersonate your affiliation with any person or entity, through pretext or some other form of social engineering or otherwise commit fraud;
  • Use the Site or Services in any manner not permitted by the Terms of Service; or
  • Instruct or encourage any other individual to do any of the foregoing or to breach and/or violate any of the Terms of Service.
